In the last year, my clients have been making BIG strides with monetizing their blogs!

And, I’ve received a good amount of interest from folks who want to get in on what we’ve got going on.

“It’s time to do a mini-conference.”

I’ve been wanting to do a mini-conference for some time, buuuut I’ve held off. Running a mini-conference is quite a commitment – and I wanted to be sure my clients + prospective clients [that’s you] were ready.

You are!

We will co-create a space where we can deep dive into things like:

  • Setting up automated email marketing series [to go live after a welcome series] that - to boost traffic and revenue

  • Selling merch

  • Hiring contractors to write the first draft of blog posts - saving you STUPID amounts of time

  • Hiring and training a contractor to run your Pinterest

  • Using your traffic data to plan new niche blogs and grow residual income

Why call it a “mini-COnference”?

This conference won’t just be about me sharing my experience, information and templates with you.

In it, we will network with ++ learn from each other – other bloggers!

This is unlike anything I’ve offered before!

For the past few years, I’ve wanted to run some thing for my fellow bloggers. In my mind’s eye, I wanted to run a luxury retreat – where we could talk business, laugh about big mistakes, learn from one another and get WORK DONE we’d been putting off.

Work we knew would make a big difference – and a heck of lot of money $$$$ – but we needed some buddies to just sit down and do it.

Aaaaand sip a piña colada or other fun drink, working by a pool and having a freaking blast.

I hope one day we can go on that retreat, and in the meantime – I’m hosting this mini-conference. So we can scale up our reach && revenue to go ALL OUT when the time comes where we can get to a beach!

It is my intention, with this conference, to create a space where I share my expertise and knowledge – and act as a facilitator for you and other bloggers to share yours!

Conference Outline & Schedule

Conference sessions will run from 4:30PM - 7PM, with a break. I’m calling this a mini-conference because the size is smaller and the conference doesn’t run all day long!

  • March 7: Intro, goal setting and sticky problems [Round Table Discussion]

  • March 8: Email Automations - Making money through your email list

  • March 9: CONTRACTORS! - Systems, templates and settings to more easily offload work you don’t need to be doing

  • March 10: MERCH, baby, MERCH! - How to create merch your audience wants to buy

  • March 11: Best Practices FTW - sharing what’s worked and what hasn’t

  • Bonus Session: How I use my blog analytics to decide on new niche blogs

Session Structure: During the first hour, we will discuss what we are currently doing (what’s working and what isn’t], then take a short break. When we come back, I will share my own systems + approach in detail.

Who is This Mini-Conference For?

This Mini-Conference is for bloggers [like you!] who:

  • Have been working hard on their blog for some time, and think to themselves, “If I could just get in the right room, I could blow this out of the water.”

Pedagogy & Printables

Pedagogy:

This conference will function similarly to my VIP Coaching Groups, except we’re gonna get it ALLLL done in one week – instead of spreading it out over 6 weeks.

The pedagogical approach [teaching framework] I’ll be using here is one where I share my knowledge and information ++ students share theirs [hence being $499 instead of $1299!].

I am acting as a facilitator of this blogging mini-conference – and attendees will also bring their experience & expertise [yes, you have expertise. Promise.]

Ableism rears its ugly head when we discuss setting goals. In this workshop, I take an intersectional approach to discussing goals and meeting them.

I’m not going to tell people with chronic illnesses to “just push through it.”

In fact, in the workshop I will share what I do when issues or big problems show up.
